Great location- staff made it a great stay
Staff where amazing and so helpful
The smallest room was to small - should have checked at time of booking . Staff though made it not the room ! Especially those working in the restaurant- one didn’t know her name - long dark blond hair working on desk when checked in / then at breakfast even remembered our names !!

Great location, good hotel
The Location is great, walking distance from George St, Princes St and St James’s Quarter. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
Shower pressure was not very strong. No lift.

Comfortable and cosy, would shop around in future rather than just book here.
Very authentic and well kept. No issues with staff or cleanliness.
The room was smaller and cosier than advertised which was not in itself an issue but I would expect slightly more space within the room for the price paid.
